whether the aircraft is running or not, we can capture the brilliance of your aircraft!

Low light imagery gives your aircraft a unique setting to shine in, supremely useful for marketing and promotional material. In addition, an organized night shoot can help bring in revenue, charging local photographers admission for the opportunity.

Our ideas for Naval Air Station Wildwood Museum

Proposal Overview: Our proposal revolves around organizing a captivating evening/night photo-shoot event featuring various aircraft outdoors and under carefully curated lighting conditions.

Event Details:

  1. Nature of the Event: Evening/Night photo-shoot featuring static aircraft. (F14, F5, Hellcat, plus others if time allows).

  2. Participants: Photographers would pay to participate. Cost TBD

  3. Expertise: Our team, consisting of local Full Disc Aviation members, has extensive experience conducting night shoots, including the safety protocols for working around aircraft.

  4. Logistics: We are confident in translating our expertise to stage static aircraft correctly and ensuring the safety of the event.

  5. Test Run: Before the main event, we propose conducting a "test run" to fine-tune logistics and gather content for promotional purposes.

Benefits for NASW:

  1. Fundraising: The event will serve as a unique and engaging fundraising opportunity for NASW.

  2. Publicity: The captivating imagery captured during the photo-shoot will provide valuable content for promotional activities, attracting attention to NASW and its mission.

Test Run Details:

  1. Purpose: Ensure logistics are well-planned before the main event and create promotional content.

  2. Participants: Limited to a select group to maintain control and gather initial feedback.

  3. Date: 2024

  4. Logistics: A scaled-down version to mimic the main event and identify potential challenges.

Next Steps:

  1. Discussion: We would appreciate discussing this proposal further and addressing any questions or concerns. Review possible shoot list ideas.

  2. Site Visit: If possible, we would like to conduct a site visit to finalize logistics and assess the best locations for the photo-shoot.

We believe this event has the potential to not only raise funds for NASW but also generate positive publicity. We are committed to working closely with NASW to ensure the success of this venture.

Thank you for considering our proposal. We look forward to the possibility of creating a memorable and impactful event together.
